When i load a track into either deck 3 or 4 the sound quality is very low and has a bunch of bass. i'm using the latest version of serato dj pro and the firmware of the s11 is 1.03. i'm running windows 10, 32 gigs of ram and an 8 core processor.
i just got this mixer and am not sure if there is something wrong with it or if it comes down to user error. has anyone else experienced this?

Yep I am having a similar problem,
alternatively while duel deck is selected sometimes it won't play the track even though the play icon is highlighted.
turn of duel deck and track will play. turn it back on either freezes or distorted bass
