fixed... i feel so dumb.. checked pioneer page with drivers.. never checked rekordbox driver area... installed sounddrivers from software... done... working!

[Solved] DDJSZ and Macosx sierra
updated computer as soon i saw support for sierra. Plugged the unit in and i could browse press etc... all worked fine! BUT no sound from any channel... rekordbox 4.2.4
updated to el captain drivers to... no luck
