Traffic Light Improvements

Would love to see an improvements to the traffic light system:

Add yellow tags for tracks that can be shifted in key once to meet the current key (or the selection of related keys).  This feature would be of huge benefit to using the key sync feature so you can instantly see which tracks can be loaded and wont be shifted too far.
