Does anyone from Pioneer actually read these posts?

Just wandering if anyone from Pioneer actually reads these posts?

I have been after some help regarding my S9 and have had ZERO reply or response from Pioneer.

Sorry Alex, we try our best but sometimes posts fall through the cracks. Are you still having issues? If so, please post a link to the thread where you need help.

Yup. Moderators like @Pulse @Mark scour the forum as do some of the members of the Pioneer team overseas.

That said, keep in mind that using a forum isn't the same as submitting a Support Ticket. The forum is a means to have the community try and assist you, perhaps if other members are experiencing the same issue. Best practice is to use both the forum and submit a tech support ticket.
