Samsung Portable SSD 500g not connecting to Rekordbox

Hi, Just purchased this SSD 500g and it's not connecting to Rekordbox under device. Does it not work? or if so what am I doing wrong?

I presume if it works it would work with the CDJ2000 NX

Any help would be great.

As @BriChi posted, you'll want to use FAT32 or HFS+ (nobody really uses FAT16). "There's your problem!"

What is the filesystem of the drive (HFS+, FAT32, NTFS, exFAT)?

Are you in Export or Performance mode?

I had to firstly install the SSD before it would read on my Mac. Then I Formatted it to exFat and using it in Export mode.

It shows up on my Mac Devices as a SSD but doesn't show up on devices in Rekordbox.

Hey guys thanks for your help, I figured the Mac version of Fat, format MS-DOS(FAT) now my device connects. Bloody computers sometimes!!!
