I went through the support form on the Pioneer DJ European website and I got a response saying that they don't deal with theses issues and they forwarded it on to Pioneer DJ! That was a week ago, no response since.
So, is there a direct route to support for this product?

The support contact page will take you to each Pio DJ local office which probably is your best option. They also have tel no listed. Alternative is you post here with attention to DJ creme- he is the only guy who occasionally pops into this forum and is your next best bet.
