yes you can, click on the down arrow above the list of tracks and it will show you which playlist a selected track is in (if it is in one)

Search which playlists contain a specified track
I keep all of my previous live and studio sets saved in the playlist tree. When preparing for a new set it would be handy to see if you have previously used a specified track in any existing playlist. This would save accidentally using the same track in two different sets, or podcasts.
