Lights not changing to desired colors nor gobos and prism.

Bump..  I would appreciate a response.  

Could you please share an exact list with the fixture names as you see them in rekordbox?

Yes thanks for your response. Its the 4 moving heads I'm having problems with. They are all made by Shehds. Also what would be the best way to change gobos and prism on the fly. Does Dmx direct control work alongside the auto settings.

1. 275W Beam Spot Wash (SHE-BB275W10R): We have no details on the gobo channel and this is the reason it is not working properly. Do you have the DMX details for the gobo channel?
2. 17R 350W Beam Move Head Light (SHE-BB350W17R): We have no details on the contents of the wheels. If you have documentation that describes the content could you please send it to us?
3. LPC017: I will have to forward this to Pioneer agents.

rekordbox lighting engineers tested with a simulator and confirmed both Macro Editor and Macro Mapping worked with the correct DMX values. 

Also, both Betopper LPC017 and LPC015 were tested. The correct DMX values of all the colors, red, green, blue, yellow and pink are sent properly. 
Additionally, they did not find any color-unrelated channels interfered any of the color channels. 

Please take and attach a video where the behaviors in the rekordbox screen as well as how the lighting fixture is lit and behaves in the same screen. Such videos will be very helpful to solve any lighting fixture issues.
