ddj sb3 lights up but does not show up on windows and serato

my ddj sb3, when connected lights up but my pc does not show any signs that i connected my controller, it does not show up on serato dj and also virtual dj. the controller shows up on other laptops but on my pc it does not work :( no pop ups)
