Sounds like a possible hardware failure; please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have the unit inspected and/or serviced.

The right hand display of my unit is not working. All the lights on the display are permanently on, the controls all seem to function ok, but obviously you cannot navigate through the menu. I have already updated the firmware to the latest version but it has had no effect.
Is there a fix for this ?
