DDJ-SB2 Left deck play/pause keeps freezing (Second time posting)

Hi,I posted about this before but didn't get any good help, can ye please help find a way to fix this problem or else im gonna have to move to another company!

Your original post received 3 possible solutions.

You stated that it was not a USB cable/port issue. Have you contacted technical support? Have you tried a powered USB hub? USB issues like this can be common on bus-powered devices as some computers do not send sufficient power to run the device properly. A powered USB can solve some of these issues.
