RX3 firmware update issue
Hello. i just purchased the RX3 and was trying to do the latest firmware update which i downloaded & put on a USB (fat32). However when i turn off the deck & then hold USB stop/reloop buttons there is no message appearing on the screen to prompt me to insert the USB. is there a different process or buttons i should be pressing? or any ideas to help me? thanks

You record your performance using Serato while the bug is happening, does the recorded output also have out-of-sync FX?

For the RX3 firmware update issue, it sounds like the unit isn’t recognizing the USB, which can sometimes happen if the USB drive isn’t properly formatted to FAT32, the firmware file isn’t in the root directory, or the button sequence isn’t perfectly timed. Make sure the USB is fully FAT32 formatted, the firmware file is directly on the USB (not inside a folder), then power off the RX3 and hold the USB + Stop/ReLoop buttons firmly while turning it back on; the screen should prompt you to start the update.
