Rekordbox non responsive after set

Hi. I Dj with rekordbox and a DDJ 1000, using video for 6 hours without any problems but when I try and close down rekordbox after finishing, it hangs and becomes unresponsive. I have to then use task manager to shut it down. Any ideas? I am using a windows 11 i7 laptop with 16Gb of RAM. Virus protection and firewall all off. Many thanks.
