Which CH mode do you use?
Cameo Octafly XS has three different channel modes, 17, 10 and 4 channels.

rekordbox lighting engineers tested the behaviors with the simulator.
When the Pattern is set in Macro Editor, the DMX value of Tilt is correctly updated for both Effect and Moving Head.
When you cannot use the Tilt function as expected, which Channel mode do you use and how you operate the rekordbox lighting?
If you provide us with more detailed steps you took when you were not able to control Effect and Moving Head with the Tilt, the engineers will be able to identify the root cause of your issues.
