XDJ-R1 - cd player

Hi

I'm looking for a combo for my paid gigs.
I own Gemini CDM4000 and it's crap.
I only play audio cds and that is the only source I'm interested in.

What about R1? I see lot of people here have some problems with it.
Firmware, software, update....I'm sick of it and I wouldn't be doing that, I just want to mix audio cds?

To buy or not to buy?
2 gigs a week, I need something reliable.
