iPad Stand with built-in sound card

Any chance of a foldable iPad stand (all variants from mini to pro) with a built-in MFI-certified 4-channel sound card (stereo main + stereo pre-cueing)? The unit would need to be rechargeable with the ability to run off mains whilst charging the iPad. Simple transport, volume, pre-cueing and pitch controls would be an awesome bonus too!
