フォローするXDJ-RX2 doesn't show Music from Rekordbox
Hi there,
I have a problem with my XDJ-RX2. Everything worked fine until 1 week ago: I plugged my Mac into the USB cord of the AIO clicked on the "link" button in Rekordbox (export mode) the rekordbox button on the controller blinked as usual but when I wanted to load a track it just doesn't show me my library.
Troubleshooting steps I've taken:
- I tried to replace the usb cable to see if it was defect -- didn't help
- upgraded to the latest firmware (1.23) -- didn't help
- reinstalled XDJ-RX2 audio driver -- didn't help
- reinstalled USB export link driver -- didn't help
- reinstalled the Network adapter driver -- didn't help
- checked the "midi setup" program on my mac if there were any errors -- no errors e.g. didn't help
- changed the "mixer mode" setting from "XDJ-RX2" to "MIDI Controll" and vice versa -- didn't help
- I tried to reinstall rekordbox (v5.2) -- didn't help
After all that frustration I tried to plug in my Windows PC which recognised the XDJ-RX2 without a problem and everything worked perfectly.
Then I tried my mac again to see if that helped. Well, it didn't.
Do you have any idea what the problem could be? Please help!

Yeah my mac is running High Sierra 10.13.2. It's a late 2011 13 inch Mac book Pro with a 2.8 GHz Intel i7, 8gb of Ram and Intel HD graphics 3000.
When you installed the Export Link driver, did you then disable the driver security and install again immediately?
I have set "Allow apps downloaded from:" to "Anywhere" so this shouldn't be the problem, should it? Anyway, I just tried again to install it and I didn't even get any pop up at all.
Nope, that doesn't help. You won't get a pop-up, you need to install, go into the security and you'll see the box as indicated, then allow it, and install again.
Just to mention it, the XDJ-RX2 works perfectly in performance mode only export mode doesn't work for me.
All that tells me is that you've properly installed the audio drivers; link export is a different driver set which creates a virtual network device to communicate over USB.
Just to be sure the "link export driver" is this file named "0007RTUNICv1013.zip" right?
That's the one.
I now tried to uninstall the driver via the .command file included in the zip and then after a reboot installed it again with the .pkg file also provided. Still my library is not displayed on the xdj-rx2. But what i discovered is that when i am on the rekordbox menu (on the xdj-rx2) i can hit the "back" button an it displays me the name of my mac and besides that (at the artwork area) that i have 684 songs and 4 playlist, wich is correct.
Okay, so now that the link driver is functioning, a lack of communication between rekordbox and the device is likely due to your firewall - try disabling that to see if that's the cause of this problem.
My firewall at "security&privacy" is turned off the whole time. Sorry for not mentioning that in my original post.
Is the LINK button appearing at the bottom left of rekordbox? You have to click that to allow it to connect, otherwise your RX2 will only "see" that rekordbox connection.
As I mentioned in my question the "link" button does appear and I also clicked on it. After I clicked it the two decks and the mixer appear, I assume thats the normal behavior.
Para mi es el formato del disco duro.
