Sp16 midi clock slave through feature request

Hi. Loving my sp16 and as1 combo. Sync works great when my sp16 is master, however, if i have ableton or my cirklon set as master and the sp16 as slave it will NOT pass midi clock / start-stop through to the AS1.

Mods, could you pass this along to the devs?

It would be so useful, as then you would be able to both play a connected AS-1 and trigger the sequencer to start while the SP16 is slaved to a master clock.

In sp16 settings (utility), did you try to put MIDI I/F SELECT : to DIN MIDI (THRU H/W) ?

Yes, if you set it to DIN MIDI (THRU H/W) then it does pass midi clock / start-stop but it will NOT allow you to play the AS-1 using scale mode (it doesn't pass midi notes) - again, when the SP16 is slaved. All is fine if it's set to Master, however, I, and possibly others, like to have other devices set to master in the studio.
