DDJ RZX problem stand by function

hi i have a big problem with my ddj RZX when i try to use it only function i see working is the Stand by ( Wake up utility function ) i am trying all nothing work anyone can help me pls ? sorry for my bad english i am french

yes and i unplugged and reconnected maybe 30 times nothing changed
