DJM900NXS2 CH2 PROBLEM

CHANEL 2 ON MY NEW MIXER RECEIVES SIGNAL FROM CDJ AT A DIFFERENT LEVEL FROM THE REST IN LINE INPUT ALSO THE RIGHT CHANEL IS HIGHER THAN THE LEFT. WORKS FINE ON DIGITAL. JUST UPDATED FIRMWARE STILL THE SAME. ANY THOUGHTS?

Sorry to see that, never a good thing when gear acts up like that.

Looks like there could be a short or other fault on the R input of CH2. As you indicated it persists beyond a firmware update, that leads me to believe it's not an issue with the processing. My recommendation would be to take the unit for inspection & servicing at a Pioneer DJ authorized shop in your region.

hi, don't find Puerto rico listed anywhere under the authorized shop list.
