In order for others to help, you'll need to provide more information. For starters:
The more information you can provide, the other others can offer assistance. In addition, you may get a faster response if you fill out a support ticket, though I can't guarantee that.
Assuming you're using the most recent version of Rekordbox, when you open it with the controller connected do you receive any messages with regards to updating the driver? Also, ensure the driver you're trying to install is the correct one for your OS and controller.
