CDJ no longer links in export mode, ""PS files not optimized for this mac"

since i downloaded 5.2.3 i no longer can link to my cdj's

I added a new user to test on my mac and when i open RB i get ""PSVNFSD and PSVLINKSYSMGR is not optimized for this mac"" as you can see in the pic

then i hit link to link the decks but every track fails to load. 

I am on the latest High Sierra and followed any directions they show to allow developer installs and no luck, not sure what else to do at this point but LINK is now totally broken for any version i install including public betas
