Last night i have a setup with 2 cdj-2000 and 1 cdj-2000nxs2 + djm 900nxs2 using the djm as soundcard with virtual-dj. By some circunstances one 2000 and the 2000nxs2 was connected to the laptop for use as controllers, but I cant work with this mixed setup together. All mapping was correct but only one of each cdj has control on virtual dj.
At the end, I needed to put away the cdj-2000nxs2 and connect The other 2000.
There are some conflict with mixing diffrent cdjs in the midi setup?
No, they should work fine as each unit is identified separately by the computer. If you do run into these problems, you can manually assign the MIDI channel on the unit itself to ensure no conflict with another MIDI channel.
