Pioneer RX2 soundcard crash

Big software/hardware error/bug ??

I have purchased the Pioneer RX2 to use for video mix 
with recordbox performance video.

No matter what buffer size I set it on, 
then crashes the sound card in RX2 - 
The sound is simply distorted after some time. I have updated the firmware in the RX2 Controller and got the newest updates in rekordbox software.

i am using macbook pro i5, 8gb ram,

However, I have found that RX2 is failing because the problem is solved by rebooting the RX2. IT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

How do I fix this asap?
