Noise in the Master DDJ-SB2

I have a DDJ-SB2, which started to produce a pink noise, soft or whatever you want to call it, discover that the volume of the microphone, even if it has nothing connected, intensifies it.

I need a solution because I already tried everything, another computer, change cables and all the electrical connection is well grounded and it is not a problem of that type.

The noise that is produced is by the internal components of the controller.

What I can do???
