i was playing in one my my gig and suddenly i noticed that the playlist suddenly disappear. all of of the playlist showed a (0 Tracks) but the collection data are still there please help me on this. thank you..

Wait, did the playlist disappear or all the contents?
Have you restarted rekordbox more than 3 times since that happened?
The same happened to me few times now , after I updated to the 5.4.2 version
Same here. Ddj-rx, playlist says 0 tracks but collection remains same. It happens when I type in the search bar or it just happens at random (within 20 mins)
Hi, I have Rekordbox 5.6 (at Jun 2019), I have the same problem, playlist songs disappear and says 0 tracks but collection remains same. Someone found some solution???,

Need a bit more information to try and nail this down...
- Mac OS or Windows, and version?
- Was the playlist created after 5.6 or before?
- Regular or intelligent playlist?
- After restarting rekordbox, did the playlist return?

I have Windows 10
4 playlist were created before 5.6 and 1 After 5.6
And all are regular
After resting rekordbox they all reappear but will repeat to “0 tracks” after awhile.
I’ve downloaded a malware protection couple days after and was able to play through a complete 2hrs without any interruptions but not sure if it helped or If I just got lucky.
Is there a solution to this problem? Cause it’s really starting to piss me off! Pretty poor for apparently “professional DJ software”

@Vilius > Same as above, we could really use more details. What did you do before the list disappeared? Was it a regular playlist or an intelligent list? Where are the songs based (internal drive / external)? Any information helps.

when I loading song on the deck all playlist disappears.
When i restart the software everything picks up.
sometimes it happens often sometimes it doesn't happen at all. When playing, I never know when this will happen and will have to stop the music and restart the program
So just to confirm - you open the playlist, select a song from that playlist, load it to a deck, then the whole playlist disappears and shows a zero count?

does anyone know how to fix it?
After trying many things the only one worked was actually I realized the "CHROMIUM" app was doing this ... Do i deleted it completely from the hard drive , had to make sure all files related to chromium were gone . At least tj8s worked for me , I was using windows , this issue never happened again after deleting chromium .

i have same problem, is there any solution for now. problem: starting rekordbox- i see playlist start playing ,opening different playlists and play,no worrys about 10-30min. then suddenly they gone, wht i only did is loading song in different decks. plz help didentfound this "CHROMIUM" app also and dont knowis this legit solution. srry for my enlgish.
