SX3 Repair taking forever

My SX3 was received by Pioneer last Monday for inspection due to their recall, and I still cannot get anyone to contact me.

My work order is 16577515. I was told initially by a representative this would only take 48 hours and then my another representative on this forum that it would be a week max. It’s been longer than a week now. Please contact me.

@brobell > That was last December. Repair times depend almost entirely upon the ASC's workload, but depending on the nature of the repair, wait time on parts as well. This time last year was a bit longer than expected, but they're moving quickly now.
