DDJ 400 Not responding in rekordbox

I just bought a DDJ 400.

When i connect it to Djay PRO software everything works perfectly.
However if i open Rekordbox Performance it says DDJ400 connected when i plug it in my Macbook (2013 Retina) but i cant do anything with it. Not a single button works but it does show up in midi devices.

I checked to see for firmware but none is needed says the pioneer website.
My XDJ RX works perfectly with both programs.

Some support would be nice

I am also having the same issue. I am on a Mac running 11.5.1. I can use the controller with other programs but Rekordbox is incompatible
