Your USB drive is likely formatted to a system other than FAT32 or HFS+. It can be read by the operating system and shown in the EXPLORER section, but because it wouldn't be recognized by a CDJ or XDJ, it won't appear under the DEVICES section.
Please consider re-formatting your USB device to either FAT32 or HFS+.
