Device library is corrupted

Just plugged my drive in to rekordbox on my pc, not used usb for 2 weeks since last time I synced any music. Says " device library is corrupted" I was on 5.4.2 and it said there was an available update to 5.4.3 so I updated. Still same issue, my xdj-rx picks up all my playlists as normal but the problem seem to direct to rekordbox and my pc not recognising my playlists... Please tell me this can be fixed...
