Error Code -19 RekordBox License issue

Hi Pioneer,

I have multiple accounts in rekordbox and i have alicense key for a console activated with one account but as i haven't used it for a copule of months and my laptop got formatted all the details have been refreshed .

Now when i am trying to activate the rekordbox with the key it says to me key is associated with different account and i have checked and tried both accounts.

Please suggest me the solution for this at the earliest.
