License key Rekordbox

Recently I bought 2cdj's 350 and 1 djm-350 second hand. I was tould that I would get a license key by email as soon I made an account at Rekordbox.com. I made an account several days ago but did not receive a license key. How can I get one?

Sorry, but there seems to have been a misunderstanding -- neither the CDJ-350 nor DJM-350 come with a rekordbox dj license, even if purchased new.

Did you purchase a license or subscription at rekordbox.com? That would be the only way you would receive a key.
