Software Updates & Active Loops Issue

I would like to make the latest firmware and software updates onto my XDJ-RX, but I only see the XDJ-RX2 on the firmware and software updates page on the website - do I use the XDJ-RX2 section?

Separately, I set up Active Loops in Rekordbox and they worked on CDJs, i.e. the tracks were launched at the beginning and when I got to the Active Loops they were activated and worked; however on my XDJ-RX, when I select a track, it will launch straight to the Active Loop - why is this happening?

@Kim > The XDJ-RX is an archived product, so does not appear under the current products list. You can download the firmware here.

If you don't have any other memory point (either memory or hot cue) at the start of your track, and that active loop is the first one stored, with the track load settings set to "MEMORY," it will cue from that point. My recommendation would be to either change the track load to the decibel value, or to set a hot cue / memory point at the first beat you would normally use to cue.
