I'm guessing this only happens when using Serato DJ? Can you confirm the following for me:
- your computer's OS version
- version of Serato DJ Pro
- version of the S9 firmware
- version of the S9 drivers

You may have that backwards... but that's okay, I get it. A newer driver is available; please update to 1.1.2.
And you never confirmed if this only occurs when the unit is connected to Serato or if the pad mode is defaulting to Slicer when it's stand-alone.
