New Lighting Features

I noticed that there are a few new options in lighting mode when assigning lights.

Effect 1

Effect 2

Laser

There isn't any mention of these in the lighting manual. Can you provide info on these?

You're using the beta; we're in the process of introducing some new functions, but some are still just placeholders.

Actually, should I be using the beta? I'm not sure how that happened. Can I just backup and uninstall my beta version and install the regular version? thanks

Now it is official in version 5.5.0. Where can we find the info of effect and laser?
