Recordbox DJ usb not working

Good day! I have a problem with the recordbox USB flash of a 32 GB pioneer DJ flash card. When connected to a computer, a smoothly pulsing blue light appears. The device is displayed only on iMac, but when you try to write a file to it - the whole system slows down, and the device automatically turns off. On MacBook, the device is not displayed at all, only changes the light indicator smoothly. How can this problem be solved? I have 2 more of the same devices record box DJ - with them everything is fine! can be there is regulation on parsing devices, which will help in determining problems? thanks in advance!
