CDJ850 with Samsung T5 Issue

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone can help me.

I just recently got the Samsung t5 500GB to use with my CDJ850, when I put my music on the drive and plug it into the CDJ it reads "USB ERROR".

That message goes away then when I click on the folders, it reads "folder empty".

Below are the formatted settings for the drive.

Any assistance would be great, it's driving me mad.
