I have the same problem with the T5 SSD 1TB disk. It works very fast on Windows en Rekordbox but whatever I try, it is not working on my Pioneer CDJ's 2000 Nexus 2. Fat32 format, Format with MAC, nothing works. Can someone help?
I just picked up a pair of these 500GB Samsung T5 SSD drives. They are formatted Master Boot Record scene and a single partition of Mac OS Extended (Journaled). The drive is seen by my computer, and rekordbox successfully completes the export.
However, when I put it into the CDJs, the drive is not being seen at all. The USB port light doesn't even flash (as if the drive is not even there).
I've read of other people having the same issue, and yet others that are very happy with this unit. Does anyone have concrete solution to this?

I tried all night and it finally worked out. First I format the disk so that nothing is on it. then I followed this (sorry it is in dutch):
1: Use windows commandprompt
• Convert mbr
After this I gave the disk a volume name and format it again with Guiformat so it is FAT32. Now my disk is MBR and a FAT32 format. It works!!!
Hope you get the same result as me, i am delighted.
Turn off the password feature on the T5 and you should be cool. worked for me after hours of pulling my hair out.
you still need to do what harm housecube said but just try the password lock on the ssd first ;)
