No Audio on Headphone nor on cue (DDJ 1000)

I bought DDJ 1000,few days ago. Everything is working efficiently except that there are no Audio sound on the headphone nor on CUE 1 or 2.

I have attached a screehot.

Kindly advise.

Daniel,

Please switch the Audio device from "Built-in Output" to DDJ-1000.

Hi,

This is the problem, DDJ 1000 is not showing in the Audio device.

though the driver is already downloaded.
