Hot cues changing colour and scope waveform disappearing STILL!

I've not been on my ddj1000 for a while but it seems this problem is getting more prevalent.

Other users who have this problem whist in a professional environment must be getting quite frustrated.

When fix, sir?

If you're talking about this, nobody has provided a video of it happening yet, so we're still without the critical information of "what happened just before."
