Sorry @Tyson, the answer is that you should contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your RX inspected and/or repaired. You could purchase the components yourself from one of the parts suppliers, however a certified technician would have the necessary skills and service manuals to properly diagnose the issue(s) and only replace the faulty components rather than purchasing a potentially unnecessary board.

Sorry to revive this thread without an answer - just wanted to add I have exact same issue. The volume meter for master drops off and master output (both master 1 XLR and master 2 RCA) produces nothing. First noticed while streaming live by my viewers... Because while this happen the booth channel continues to work perfectly.
Likewise if I record to the usb2, it's uninterrupted recording... So the channel is still producing a signal from the USB input... Just the master output drops. Usually the first 45 min everything is fine, then it's 90% broken master audio and I have to either be pressing down hard on the casing near the cross fader, or playing with the master volume knob constantly.
At first i thought the potentiometer for that channel is faulty... But doesn't explain why pressing the case in fixes it. I also thought it may be ground related, but why would that only start to manifest after the unit is warmed up? And why would it work at all if there's an extra or missing ground. Best guess is a capacitor that's failing though I can't say where it's located or whether we owners can self replace it.
Probably unrelated, but my deck2 cue button is also horrible and replacing the whole button and plastic assembly made no difference, just gradually got worse until there's no use even trying to press cue on deck 2.
I understand this is not flagship model and obviously made cheaper so it can sell cheaper - but is it possible for us to purchase the whole PCB as a replacement part? Seems it's rather crummy so just getting a whole one is probably better than trying to replace failed switches and capacitors.
Covid took mer jeerrbb so can't just be splashing out on fancy 3000 kit to ensure quality 😩
