How can I re-order playlists column and save this order to USB?

Hi, Just wondering how I can re-order the playlists column and save this order to USB?

I've done it before, I put playlist 193 down where it should be in number order and then everytime I go through the normal synch process in synch manager it puts playlist 193 back to where it is now?

Help or advice would be appreciated, thanks. Danny
