Headphone use with DDj400

Hi! I'm new to DJing and have purchased the DDJ400 however when I use the headphones and press cue on the other channel, it plays through the speakers as well. I feel like I have tried everything and cant get it to work! Can anyone help?

i have the same issue, brand new DDJ400.

Mac or PC?

Have you set the audio device properly within the rekordbox preferences? Please provide a screenshot of the audio settings.
