Midi commands syntax and behavior

Rekordbox 5.7.0

I'm lurking at the DJM S9 mapping, it is pretty explanatory but I'm not sure of the meaning of the option/parameters used in these lines :

• MidiOutInterval,MidiOutInterval,Parameter,FFF3,,,,,,,,,,Value=1,
• Shift,Shift,Button,963F,,,,,,,,,,RO,Shift
