XDJ-1000MK2 Touch screen issue

Touch screen on one of my xdj is working but is very faulty. Calibration seems to be an inch to the left which is smaller and smaller the further you touch buttons to the right. Upon trying to calibrate the screen from the menu the touchscreen is unresponsive when I click the small point on the screen. Looking for some advice going further. Will I need it serviced and how do I go about that. If I could get an email for pioneer support I have videos that can easily explain the issue I am currently having with calibration and general use.
