Can you create sampler for XDJ-RZ using DDJ XP1 in Performance Mode?

Very interested in the purchase of the XDJ-XZ, primarily for use with Rekordbox in Performance Mode and using the standalone functionality as a back up. The BIG thing that’s stopping me purchasing though is I see no Sampler/Sequencer in the unit?!?! Is there a workaround for this as I already own a DDJ XP1 and don’t want to buy a XDJ-XZ and a DJS-1000 to recreate what I can already do on my trusty old DDJ-RX.

Isn't it about DDJ XP1, but can the following be helpful?

I think DDJ-XP1 can be used if it is connected to a PC.

Yes you can use the DDJ-XP1 as the trigger set up for samples in rekordbox, and then map out what else you would like to do.
