RB-DMX1 Update?

I’m in the early stages in the learning curve with the RB-DMX1 and have looked in these and various other forums for help in understanding its good (and bad) points.

From time to time Pioneer have suggested that there may be future updates, presumably either software or hardware based to improve the functionality of the interface. These mainly seem to be suggestions from 2018, my question is whether any have been applied?

Improvements such as control over gobo selection and inclusion of a greater range of fixture types to help this become a serious competitor to Soundswitch seem desirable by many.

The date of manufacture of my interface is mid 2018. Any information would be appreciated.
