Sorry, can you clarify what you mean "I can hear the headphones and the master with effect"?

Hello, I have a problem I did firmware update to xdj-xz 1.10, and now the mixer does not work correctly neither when using usb or when using rekordbox dj or on the auxiliary. For example, when I raise two channels at the same time, I can hear the headphones and the master with effect (crush). I mention that I do not have the active effects at that time. Please help me because I can not use the console table.

No, this is not a question! This problem after I updated the firmware to 1.10!
The mixer is no longer working properly! When I listen to 2 channels in headphones or are raised on the master, the sound that comes out has an effect and sounds strange. When there is only one channel raised to the mixer it sounds good.
This issue came after I made firmware update at 1.10.
And when I use the USB stick and when I use Rekordbox Dj, the same thing happens. If you can help me with the old firmware 1.00 it would be great.
Thanks!
Please tell me about the following when a problem occurs.
1. TRIM position.
2. MASTER LEVEL Vo position.
3. CLIP display status of MASTER LEVEL meter.
4. “UTILITY” PEAK LIMITER setting.
By the way, is it possible to record the video when a problem occurs in Video?
May we be able to confirm the sound and see the above conditions 1-4.
I also made a video, but I can't upload it here, that's why I took pictures.
Thanks!
Can I do a factory reset? Or do you have the first firmware?
If you can upload a video to YouTube or a file sharing service, that would help us better understand the problem. Thank you.

By the way, factory reset only resets the UTILITY setting to the default, so I think there is no point in executing it
I'm sorry the first link didn't work, I hope this one works.
I think I see the issue - you're getting a flanging on the audio when playing the same thing on multiple decks, and that's normal, especially when the master tempo is engaged. Try again with it disabled and it should just maintain the same "tone" of the flange depending on the alignment of the audio.
