I can't play videos in Rekordbox video.

I just purchased a rekordbox video license.
By loading and playing the videos with mp4 extension, the videos can be viewed, you can only play the audio.
During the closing of the video window, the program hangs and sends an error message.
I have an alienware brand laptop, i7 processor, 16gb Ram and gforce 950 card.
Can you help me?
