Sound Colour and Beat FX Problem

On, my new XDJ-XZ are the two sound colors "Dub Echo" and "Space" not active. And at the Beat FX Section is the "Reverb", "Spiral", "Ping Pong", "Echo" and "Delay" Filter not active. It not works..... Why? It's a big problem...
